Always seeking the big idea, the better idea, the light bulb so bright it can't possibly be ignored.

After graduating from the Academy of Art University San Francisco in 2009, I moved 3,000 miles to Portland, ME to work on national brands for the VIA Agency, named AdAge’s Small Agency of the year in 2011. There, I honed my traditional and digital skills, working as the lead writer on Welch’s, People’s United Bank, non-profits and more.. I even had the privilege of writing a few TV spot scripts directed by the late, great, Philip Seymour Hoffman.
After several years, I retraced my steps 1,500 miles to Austin to work at Razorfish. There, I sharpened my digital writing skills on Samsung, Motorola, Citibank and internal work for the agency, including SXSW Tweeting Bikes that won a Webby and an Abby, among other awards. Now I am back in the San Francisco Bay Area and ready for new challenges.

Overall, I consider myself a creative problem solver first, a lateral thinker who uses the written word as my chosen form to express my vision. I don't just write, I create in all I do, and am always up for the next challenge.
